Frequently Asked Questions

What is the shipping rule?

1. Minimum charge for each shipment is 0.3 cbm.
2. Handling charge of RM3/quantity will be imposed if per tracking is less than 0.1cbm.
3. BizShip will automatically generate shipments on the 7th business day from the day we receive your first parcel.

Can BizShip provides help on product invoicing?

Yes. We can. For more information, please contact our customer service.

What is BizShip credit?

Simply top up your BizShip wallet with credit to book shipment as you go. Every top up package comes with different attractive rates.

Will my new top up renew my shipping plan?

Your shipping plan will renew according to your most recent top up package. For example, you are enjoying SILVER benefit and you made an MYR5,000 top up, your new shipping plan will be BRONZE.

Can I get refund on unused credit?

Unfortunately, no refunds will be offered.

How long is my credit good for?

BizShip credit is valid for (1) year from your latest top up date. You can further extend the validity of all your credit balance for 1 year from your most recent top up date by topping up with any of the shipping plans we have.
